Emergency Fund. We are continuing to add to this as we know with two old vehicles and a rental property, extra cash is always good. My hubby's computer (as well as mine) are not functioning properly. So the day is coming...

Family Loan $8000 – We will pay this back eventually. The family member said to keep paying off our other loans.

We also have two mortgages, one for our personal home and one for our rental property.  Neither one of these we will post until all other debt is paid off.  Then we'll tackle our personal home mortgage!
